Tony Nguyen completed his Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Laws at Australian Catholic University, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Practical Legal Training (PLT) from The College of Law. He also holds a Qualifi Level 5 Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, reflecting his dedication to assisting individuals from diverse backgrounds.

With a solid background in Personal Injury Law, Tony has extensive experience guiding clients through complex legal processes. His deep passion for migration law stems from a strong desire to assist individuals seeking a better life in Australia. As the child of refugee parents who escaped the Vietnam War, Tony has a personal and profound connection to migration, which allows him to empathise with clients and offer thoughtful, compassionate support when navigating the intricacies of the immigration system.

Tony’s commitment to supporting migrants is driven by his own understanding of the emotional and legal challenges involved in migration processes. He is dedicated to helping individuals and families with visa applications, protection visas, refugee status, and other aspects of migration law to help them build a brighter future in Australia.

Outside of his professional work, Tony enjoys spending quality time with his wife, family, and friends, exploring new restaurants, and going on day trips across Australia. Additionally, Tony is passionate about teaching English to international students and dedicates his free time to helping students improve their language skills, further strengthening his ties to the migrant community in Australia.
