Scarlet studied at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), where she earned her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and completed her Practical Legal Training (PLT). Scarlet is deeply passionate about migration law and dedicated to supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Her experience at the UTS Student Legal Centre allowed her to witness firsthand the challenges faced by people adapting to new legal systems, which strengthened her commitment to advocating for vulnerable communities. With her proficiency in Mandarin and Shanghainese, she possesses a unique cross-cultural understanding that enables her to assist migrants in achieving legal security and successful integration.
