If you previously entered Australia on a prospective marriage visa, you must confirm that you have since married your de facto partner.
Additionally, family members listed in your application must continue to meet eligibility criteria. Those who were granted a partner visa subclass 820 must ensure all required documents, including those for any family members, are up to date.
