Hannah Warner

Hannah Warner is a final-year Bachelor of Laws student at RMIT University, with a strong foundation in statutory interpretation and legislative analysis—an essential skill in the complex field of Migration Law. Recognised as the top of her class in statutory interpretation, and bringing a strong background in research, advocacy, and regulatory compliance, Hannah seeks to apply her expertise to assisting clients with their migration journey.

Originally from regional Queensland, Hannah moved to Melbourne to pursue her legal studies and is deeply passionate about Migration Law. Coming from a family of migrants, she understands firsthand the transformative opportunities that migration provides. Grateful for the life her family has built in Australia, she is committed to helping others achieve the same dream—so that future generations can flourish.

With a strong work ethic, a deep and abiding passion for law and justice, and a commitment to continuous self-improvement, Hannah is excited to be part of a progressive legal team at Australian Migration Lawyers. She is dedicated to delivering meaningful outcomes for clients, ensuring they receive compassionate and strategic legal support throughout their migration journey.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys painting, reading, yoga, and exploring new places across Melbourne and Victoria. Growing up regionally, she developed a love for outdoor activities, including fishing, sports, bushwalking, and camping. She also has a passion for plants and spends her free time tending to her indoor plants and garden, as well as caring for her two small dogs.
