Jenny Zhou

Australian Legal Executive

Background

Jenny Zhou is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Economics and minoring in Psychology, at Monash University. Outside of academics, she is actively involved in Monash University’s Law Ambassador program, where she collaborates with her peers to create initiatives that help current law students find both legal and non-legal opportunities throughout their time at law school.

Jenny is interested in migration law because it offers the opportunity to assist individuals navigating the complex process of migration. As a recent migrant from China to Australia, she has firsthand experience with the difficulties and decisions involved in this process, fueling her passion for helping others in similar situations. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, along with her dual-cultural background, Jenny connects with clients and offers empathetic, informed assistance. She is dedicated to making a positive impact on people’s lives through her work in migration law.

In her spare time, Jenny enjoys playing tennis and had the unique opportunity to serve as a ballkid at the Australian Open. She also has a deep passion for music, playing both the cello and piano, and loves traveling with her family to explore new places and cultures.
