There are two main costs associated with a subclass 804 visa
Our fees as based on the complexity and key elements of each matter. In most instances, we work on a fixed-fee basis that we quote up front (rather than billing hourly) to provide our clients with certainty about what the total costs associated with their Aged Parent visa applications will be. We may also offer some flexibility with payment plans for some of our clients based on financial need.
The Department of Home Affairs does not charge the sponsor any fee to sponsor the applicant. However, the sponsor must agree to financially support the applicant in their first 2 years in Australia. As of 1 July 2023, the subclass 804 Aged Parent visa application fees is $4,990 for the first instalment. This cost is payable at the time of lodgement. The second instalment is currently $2,065 which must be paid once the Department of Home Affairs issues a request.
